The Seven Sisters -

A Cluster of Light and  Connection

High above, in the constellation Taurus, lies a glittering jewel of the night sky: the Pleiades, better known as the Seven Sisters. A cluster of young, brilliant stars, they shine as a reminder of connection, family, and the invisible threads that bind us to one another.

These stars have been known and loved across cultures for thousands of years — a guiding light for sailors, a symbol of hope for storytellers, and a celestial mirror for anyone seeking comfort in the night sky. Each star carries its own energy, yet together they form a tapestry of harmony, like sisters laughing, dancing, and holding each other up across the vast expanse of space.

During one of our Cosmic Calm sessions, we captured the Pleiades with the Dwarf3 telescope, revealing the soft glow that threads each star together. Even in the dark, their light reaches us, whispering a gentle truth: that even when we feel isolated, we are never truly alone.

The Pleiades are more than just a beautiful cluster — they are a reminder to look for light in the darkness, to find warmth in shared experience, and to remember that the bonds of connection are powerful, enduring, and often unseen. In our moments of calm, we can imagine ourselves among them, floating gently in a quiet universe, supported by the luminous sisters surrounding us.

So next time you gaze up at the sky, let the Seven Sisters remind you to breathe, to feel, and to connect — with the world, with others, and with the quiet fire of your own inner light
